Christine Hoagland

E-RYT 500, WPA Class 2 Trainer, Paddle into Fitness Master Trainer, owner and instructor of Lotus SUP, is a graduate and senior teacher of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute and has been teaching for over 17 years.  Christine has found healing (of physical pain, discomfort, injuries, anxiety, depression and fatigue) and joy in living present through the daily practice of yoga. In 2006 she learned to surf and fell in love.  SUP Yoga, combing her love of asana and being out on the water was an natural evolution.  Christine began practicing Sridaiva in 2013 and has found the Bowspring alignment used in this method, to be a super-charged form of healing and vitality that can be applied to all activities.  SUP and Bowspring go hand in hand for balance, endurance, efficiency, and injury prevention.  Christine’s teaching empowers each student to realize their own inner strength on and off the water.  She shares her love of the practice of yoga with others, to inspire them to practice yoga all of the time and everywhere.  Christine and her husband Terrell have a son and a daughter.
